Can I request a male or a female therapist?

Absolutely! Please let our scheduling department know your preference when you book your service.

How early should I arrive?

All service times include 10 minutes for you to dress/undress and ask questions. In addition, we recommend you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow time for completing any necessary forms and waivers and also for you to enjoy our relaxation room, the lake view and our facility in general.

Can I stick around after my appointment?

We definitely encourage you to enjoy our amazing new facility and take in the views. We do ask that you do not linger longer than necessary inside the treatment rooms. Kindly get dressed and come enjoy our relaxation room and the lake amenities.

What if I am running late?

We understand things can come up last minute. If you will be arriving late you may take advantage of the remainder of your session time, or re-schedule for another day. We do have a no-show, late cancellation fee that will be incurred. See Spa Etiquette for details.
