Deep Tissue is a favorite at Inspire Day Spa. Your therapist will work on the deeper layers of muscle tissues and the inner sections of thick muscles. The end result is release tension by applying strong pressure combined with slow smooth strokes. This type of treatment is recommended for individuals who experience pain from a single area. It is normal to experience soreness after a deep tissue treatment for a day or two.

We recommend that you drink plenty of water before and after your deep tissue session. A hot bath will also help reduce any soreness.

A traditional treatment used to calm and relax the entire body. Using long, gliding strokes to ease muscular tension in a slow and gentle style. This is an ideal treatment for those new to massage treatments or don’t receive them often. For a more extensive treatment or chronic muscular pain, we recommend the deep tissue.
